Yes, he sent me a picture of his arm and he has completed the exam. How do you know if it was him?

But I do have to wait until he get the visa right?

It depends. If you have his A number from the NOA-2 you’re able to pay any time you want. Obviously if you pay before they approve his visa they will just apply the payment after they bill for it at approval.

He has to be in the US first before applying for SSN.

@Sea Leslie There is a spot on the DS-260 that you check to allow them to assign him a SSN. They will mail the social security card at the same time as they mail the Greencard from what I understand. Is this correct @dwheels76?

Congrats

I have always said that interviews throughout the month and not just the beginning of the month.

So from what I’ve found, they start scheduling the third week of every month. I’ve seen interviews also scheduled in the fourth week. But mostly it’s been the third week on one or two days. Scheduling. The actual interviews themselves can occur throughout the month.

these trends are just from what I’ve seen using the spreadsheet and ppls timelines who aren’t on the spreadsheet. Like for January, interviews were scheduled on 1/14 and 1/23 alone.
