Case Complete to Interview February 2020

My case got DQ on Jan 8th and I'm still waiting for my IL. 

Meanwhile, my Police Clearance Certificate, which has only 3 months validity expired on Jan 10th. 

Does anyone know if I will have to obtain a new PCC or will the old one suffice?

ceac.state.gov click on visa status that's your tracker now.

P.S. Does anyone know if my wife will be required to pay any visa fees upon approval at the Embassy? I know there's a green card fee that you pay online after. But I was reading somewhere that someone had to pay a fee at the embassy. Or is that just if you go direct with the consulate and don't pay via NVC?? Thanks guys!

No fees for IR1/CR1. everything is paid but the $220 to produce the green card you pay after interview.

No it won't. It hasn't gone into effect. It has to be voted on. Even when it goes into effect it won't involve immigration visa types.

Ours was a 3-month validity period as well so we recently obtained a new one about a week ago for our Feb interview. We didn't want to leave it up to chance. Some places say it's valid for a year but the actual cert says 3 months. We had to do the official translation of both certs but we wanted to feel like there was no factors that we didn't address to the best of our ability. Good luck!
