thats what I am thinking too. all this time its at NVC, until it get schedule. you got DQ on 01/10 and IL today (lets assume) and interview early next month. which is great. I was hoping for my IL next month, & then following month interview. But don't want to jinx myself. it would be nice to have interview next month!!!!!!

does anyone know, if immigration officer at embassy for interview have already access to petitioners IRS transcript? I know no one is allowed to pull anyone IRS transcript, unless that person grants the persmission by some form? but wondering if they already have access since its US gov't.

I think everything will happen fairly quickly now after it leaves the NVC... I’m just hoping he can get an appointment for his medical exam soon

Thanks but... now we have to wait for the medical exam and I’m not sure it will be completed before the interview date.
