That means that was their earliest opening. You can always now email the embassy and request an earlier date see if it can be moved.

yeas. I already emailed them and I keep checking  usdocs so I don't miss a earlier  appointment

Was your receipt# by chance a IOE#?

The sent is when you mailed it. NOA1 is that received received noted on your NOA1 letter (I-797).

So whenever you mailed it that day is your sent date. The date USCIS received it noted on the letter you received is the NOA1 date. Or PD date.

It says my recieved date on the paper work as 07/13/2018 and it says my notice date is 07/05/2019 so not sure which one to use as the sent date and the noa1 date or am i suppose to try and remember back to when i put the paperwork in the mail to send it to USCIS.

Hey.. Well it varies, I submitted my documents 3 times. 1st time they replied back In 2 weeks. 2nd time they replied back in 3 weeks. And 3rd time they DQ'd me after 7 longggggg weeks

Interview depends on the type, mine is Cr1.. They sent the interview appointment. The other type of appointments you have to book the appointment yourself I hear

Thanks for your reply.

I'm also CR1.. I think they will send the appointment for me as well.

I noticed that the ones who are booking their own interviews are the approved expedited cases.

From DQ date to Interview date, how many days or months is it?

Am' I still missing stuff i.e tax return and copy of I-846 affidavit of support???:o

I believe it’s required to upload the most recent year’s IRS issued tax transcript in order for the AOS to be approved. I am having my husband take copies of my tax transcripts from the previous 3 years. I have also read numerous times where IR/CR-1 interviewees go to the interview and are asked for W-2’s. In light of this, I opted to submit a copy of my 2018 W-2 while filing the AOS. I also sent the 2017 and 2016 W-2’s to my husband, but didn’t upload them for the AOS. They may never ask him for them, but if they do, I want him to be able to produce any requested documents immediately to avoid a delay in the processing of our case. He is also taking 2 copies of anything that doesn’t need to be certified, plus the certified copy and an extra copy of anything that must be certified (ie police certificate, birth certificate, marriage certificate, court order for change of name). Better to have something and not need it than be caught unprepared.

Morning, so I called NVC this morning to ask if Jamaica was done scheduling, the agent I got told me that she doesn't know if Jamaica has finished scheduling, she can't see that but assured that we will get the email immediately as soon as the interview becomes available. She also said there's no timeline for getting the interview.

So I guess not every agent can see certain things, but this still leaves me feeling positive.
