Good morning guys/gals,

I have two I-94s. One is from my last entry as a student and my current H-1B. I haven't left the country yet to get the actual H-1B, but have the USCIS approval notice and the attached I-94 therefrom.

Now, I am shipping my AOS off tomorrow to Chicaaago. I wanted to get your opinions on which I-94 I am to send? I have the F-1 visa and I-94, don't have the H-1B visa but have THAT I-94.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

Just a word of advice. I would remove your old I-94 from your passport but keep it (read the instructions on the back). I had issues crossing the border because I had an old I-94 in my passport after I changed to an H-1B. Keep it with your passport perhaps but definitely do not have it in your passport if you pass through a checkpoint. I know it's off topic but it may save hassle in the future. :)
