Hi,

We got touched thursday 7th June then friday 8th June then again on sunday 10th June (they work on a sunday?????)

And then nothing!! No email no status update nothing!!

Is this good sign??

03/29/2007 - sent petition I129F

04/02/2007 - recieved at TSC

04/06/2007 - NOA1 issued

04/12/2007 - check cashed

04/14/2007 - NOA1 letter recieved

04/14/2007 - touched

06/07/2007 - touched (change of address)

06/08/2007 - touched (change of address)

06/10/2007 - touched (change of address)

06/15/2007 - touched due to phonecalls to csc.

06/16/2007 - another touch due to phonecalls on 15th!!!

07/25/2007 - APPROVED!!!!!!

08/06/2007 - NVC recieved

08/11/2007 - letter received from NVC saying send to London within a week

08/13/2007 - London recieves petition and sends out Packet 3

08/16/2007 - recieved and sent back packet 3

09/06/2007 - medical!!

09/12/2007 - INTERVIEW

09/18/2007 - Additional papers collected by courier

09/26/2007 - Visas delivered by courier!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!

Yeah it has happend in the past the people have got touches on a Sunday.

Maybe the same happend to you as my friend,she got 2 touches then nothing,that was actually the approvel for her which she did not know at the time.

She got to find out she was approved when she called,seems to be a USCIS problem.

But I would wait and see,seen as the touches are only a few days ago.

Someone else on the forum had the same thing happen and they got an approval :)

Hopefully yours is around the corner.

Wait a few and call NVC with your wac number. Mine still says pending and its gone to nvc and at the embassy now.

Same happened here. I hope that if it's an NOA2, they at least bother to send out a notice in snail mail. I'm going to call next week if I don't get anything by then.

future hubby has called csc 3 times today tryin to get through to someone who mite speak some truth :angry:

but all they say is no RFE, its not been looked at and the famous "we are only dealing with november filers". :angry:

is there anway we can find anything out??

think im going mad with the waitin :wacko:

exactly the same thing happened to me

touch 06/12 after 5PM

touch 06/13 around 10AM PST

touch 06/15 around 10AM PST

I had called CSC (using RFE option) on 06/11 and they told me "..november 06 cases.."

I had called CSC again on 06/14 and they told me the same "..november 06 cases.."

They do not talk about these touches or updates at all and are not willing to discuss anything on phone

I new to the touching term and Ithink I get it. But what does the "reset" button do the the uscis website? I am afraid to use it.

I also feel the same - I think all my touches are because of my phone calls to CSC :(
