I don't think you need to upload photos of the family. There has been cases where people had their I751 and N400 approved together without an interview. Nothing confirmed though.

I saved my progress using the browser safari (iPhone and ipad) and even though they showed on my screen before submitting it, they disappeared (no attachments to the application!).  I had to upload them all after the fact, which seems to be a common glitch on the website so I hope they will consider.  
Because I don’t trust their page, I would recommend you gather all the documents into one folder, and have them ready to submit when you’re eligible. Just my opinion

For the N400- if your original appointment Date got cancel due COVID 19, do you have to call in to get a new appointment or will they automatically set a new date/ appointment for you?

No updates for me either. Just checked today. It says estimated wait time is two months, and case completion time September 2020. I'll be checking my online account regularly from now on. Good to know there's progress in others' cases!

Waiting and waiting, I know OATH is getting new dates a lot of people are gettining but a few interviews only😔

Got rescheduled letter for interview July 8th. It's just a matter of time before we all get our new dates. Time for me to start studying again.

The good take-away from it is that our time to apply may not be as hectic as it is now.
