Mine states that too....but when I called them, that's what I was told: my file was reviewed, my application was perfect and nothing was missing and my case file was transferred to the West Palm Beach office and they have to let them know when they will be scheduling an interview.

I know they recently did some interviews followed by oath ceremonies so, fingers crossed!

Were they happy to give you an update on the phone?

I know it's just a waiting game, but a colleague of mine applied the day after me in the same office (Boston, MA) and got his interview notice 3 weeks ago. I also realized after I filed that I was within the 90day window of being able to file for 5years, but I ended up filing for 3. Hopefully that doesn't delay things too much!

I wasn't upset or yelling but was stern in my request. The lady I spoke to was kind and understanding, she took the time to look at my application and said it was perfect which is why they sent it to my local office.

Mind you, my file was sent since January 6th, 2020 and I've been waiting to hear from them.

Still no show of estimated time

I logged into mine, and that was the first thing I noticed too. I have my interview scheduled, just don't like seeing estimated case completion not being there!

No, I'm in December 2019 filers. Even my signature shows my filing date 🙂

I was just pointing out that West Palm Beach and Miami offices are working at a snail's pace 🙄

Looks like my interview was scheduled today.  I of course can not see the letter online yet.

My i751 is still pending from January 28, 2019 in Vermont.  It has not updated beyond “we have received your case”.

Interestingly enough, this morning I got confirmation that my congressman’s office will submit an i751 inquiry on my behalf.  I expressed that my concern is that it hasn’t updated to even reflect I did biometrics, so I’m hoping they can get the case transferred to the local office for a combo interview or just approve my 250+ filing of bank statements 🙄.

I know what kind of luck I have and I feel like my i751 will stay put at Vermont and then my n400 will be in a limbo status until whenever Vermont decides to look at their piles.

Hello Guys,

After submitting for expedition request based on Humanitarian ground for both I751 and N400, this is what I got from USCIS today:

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you contacted us about the status of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, filed on January 15, 2019.  On January 12, 2020, you also filed a Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.  Our records indicate that your Form I-751 and Form N-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time.

Does that mean, I will get combo interview for I751 and N400? If yes, My local office in Albany,NY wont schedule Interview until they received I751 file from NBC? how does that work? I want to be done with this immigration process so I can move to TX to join my family

It sounds like you will get a combo interview, correct. It does not sound like they approved your expedite request. If you live in the US you are free to move any time, you can send a AR-11 to them to update your address and your case will be moved to the new local office.

I was hoping that USCIS would expedite my case but they did not and now I seek out help from our Congressman to see if he could do something about it? My wife moved to Texas last month due to her job and also we are expecting a second child due  in May, 2020 and her doctor suggested for cesarean delivery. If that is case, she wont be able to travel for a while and unfortunately I cant move to Texas for next 6 months due to my commitment with employer

I don't think any of these are a concern that would reason for an expedite request. As far as USCIS is concerned, you could move any day if you wish to do so, it sounds like your job would be more in need of an expedite request :D
