yes you do need 3 or 5 years tax returns depending you are applying based on 3 years marriage or 5 years. Paying taxes is a big deal so i will take all the tax transcript or the tax return my accountant gave me to the interview.

I submited my tax transcript from irs on application ( i think that federal tax transcript ) , so when interview bring tax transcrips from irs and tax return from the accountant? No need state tax transcript? Because i google state transcript you have to pay 20 dollar for 1 transcript.

i will take both IRS tax transcript and the 1040 given to me by the accountant. By the way my accountant sucks and will be filing by myself from next year.

I am not sure how to get state tax return but the 1040 i have it has federal and state taxes. I think IO is intrested in federal taxes paid.

Hi everyone, I was looking at the spreadsheet, and it appears all the persons who filed under the 5 year rule, has been  edited out, myself including. Does anyone know what happened.

Hi All,

Someone was messing again with the spreadsheet. This time names are not matching the locations/timelines. I just overwrote @Olah who's name was in my Newark line 28. Olah I placed you in the line where my name accidentally ended up (34) and I apologize if that's not correct - please update as needed.
