In the past year process for Miami speed up, why are you suprised?

08/19/2020 - Interview

Looking at vzk's post history, I think they file AOS in July 2019.

01/31/2020.......Biometrics Appointment.

03/06/2020.......Interview Scheduled 04/16/2020.

08/20/2020.......Oath Ceremony

Lucardo3 did not say all 5 year filers got an interview secheduled. They just said that everyone that has an interview scheduled so far, is a five year filer.

Interview date is April 6th!

 

So, I'm married to an American citizen and have had a green card since 2011, am I still required to bring all of the documentation required for applying for naturalization as the spouse? Or do I just bring in the things for those based on 5 years?

If you applied according 5 year residence you dont need evidence regarding marriage.

I mean I will only bring my Taxes because I owe still even IRS is taking every month from my payment and I provide the Bank Statements and that is all, even I am married 6 years

Timeline

Just filed my taxes yesterday for last year. My accountant gave me the 1040. Question to all of you when will be the IRS transcript will be available for online for print out? I do have last 3 years Tax transcript. I forgot to ask my accountant about it.
