N-400 January 2020 Filers

Hello.

 

I filled my case online on Jan 21st 2020 at the Dallas office . They estimated it would be completed March 2021. I just did my bio metrics today and the case completion estimate is now January 2021.

I have started filling out the N-400 online under the 5 years rule. 

 

I´m stuck in the "School and Employment" section. I am an Engineer, and none of the occupational selections apply to me. Has anyone had that issue? I´m thinking on selecting whichever is tiny bit close to what i do....

I don't know if anyone answered your question, but I had a similar issue. I worked in politics/government relations and none of the classifications applied to me. I did a Public Relations one, but then attached a letter stating my jobs and what the titles were for the past five years. Wish it was more broad or would allow you to enter something different.

Biometrics completed today... took a little less than an hour. Checked online for a change when I got in the car and estimated completion went from October to September. I got home and checked again and it went back to October 🥴.

That happened to me too. Went from estimated Dec 2020 to Nov 2020 after biometrics. Then when I checked my account that evening it went back to Dec. Not sure why and the December date no feels much longer to wait after thinking it was going to be November!

Funny thing too, is that it says estimation 7 months instead of 8 months below🤷🏽‍♀️

Same here, interview scheduled, I don't know the date as yet. I am in Columbus Ohio, so maybe they  are competing with Cleveland for quickest completion times.

Still don't have the document to put in my interview date, but we'll get there. Probably back end of March for the interview, can't wait.

Yeah. Same here. Will get the notice in the mail probably by Monday. Am expecting somewhere end march/early April interview date.

We filled on July 2019 and got our Interview scheduled for March. This was a big, big surprise. What happened?
