Wow ! That’s super fast. Are you filing at a small city?

I know, i wasn`t expecting to be that fast either. I am Atlanta GA filer, so it`s quite a big city.

I walked in to same office on a Monday with no issues. Was done about an hour. Depends on their work load, they decide the same day how many walkins they accept. So no concrete rule there.

Ugh that makes me hopeful and frustrated at the same time. I want him to try tomorrow, but I know he probably won't want to. In the grand scheme of immigration 2 weeks of waiting is nothing, but I'm so ready to be done lol

Did they tell you anything about your interview when you went? Like, expect to hear something within a month?

They won`t tell anything about the interview. Their job is to get your fingerprints and picture taken and everything else will be coming in mail/ USCIS portal system. Atlanta seems to be going pretty fast for the Naturalization process though.

Ok, thanks. And yeah, I've noticed Atlanta is completing cases within 3-5 months for Naturalization.

This wait for an interview date is frustrating. I'd love to know the mechanics of why some people get one three days after biometrics and some people wait months. Been 4 weeks from biometrics and I didn't expect to get this impatient so quickly!

I have noticed that if I spend too much time on the forum it makes me anxious. Almost as if I keep staring at these pages I might make my case go faster 😂🤣. Not working LOL. So I'm trying not to think so much about it, time goes faster for me.
