Same here, woke up to text and email notifications of an update.

Add me to the biometrics notification crew. It's not uploaded in my files yet though. 

 

If the date happens to be at a time when I am not in the area - is that upping the chances for being allowed to do a walk-in (provided documentation of flights etc)?

Good luck! I don’t know I just saw that they updated my status online and scheduled my biometrics. Don’t know when it is as they haven’t uploaded that doc and I haven’t received the letter in the mail yet. I signed the sheet. They estimate my completion to be in November. That’s a long wait!

Ok guys i got the NOA in the mail today. I already made an account on uscis website. There is different uscis website listed on the notice and is asking me to register. online access code etc. 

since i have already signed up with the uscis website why they want to sign me up for a different my.uscis.gov/account.

 

which uscis account i can see the document upload? The main uscis website login or the login with myuscis account. 

Help will be appreciated.

Use that account that is in the letter you received from USCIS

Mine is also showing Dec 2020, lets pray it will be way less then that time.

Thank you for the info. I did signed up but i dont see the case completion time on the page. can you please guide me where i can get the case completion tab?

on Uscis website it is showing biometrics schedule. so hoping it updates on myaccount uscis website as well, since it is still showing we are processing your form give it 48 hours to update it.

Good morning, logged in to my uscis account now everything is showing up. case completion documents tab. All is well.

November 2020. I am sure it will go down after biometric. chicago completion time is 5 months.

The USCIS facility in Norridge, il i heard you can do walk ins but naperville doesnt allow walk ins. I think my will be in naperville since i am in carol stream. Good luck to you.

Yea I’ve always had mine in Norridge n I don’t live too far either.

FYI ... Live not too far from Carol stream( Bloomingdale) had my biometrics at Norridge, also a walk-in the same day I saw the biometric letter in my document tab. Clash in my schedule on the appointed date.

yeah Bloomingdale is right next to carol stream. Did your biometric listed Norridge,Il address? coz both my parents had Naperville uscis application center listed for there Biometrics.
