Hey y'all!

I just filed my N-400 on the 21st online, Dallas, TX.Estimated completion time is March 2021, Let the waiting game began 😃. Do you guys know what the Estimated wait time is for? (in the picture below)Capture.JPG.1f54764c826a892d9d2c030e01dc6937.JPG I have attached a picture below

That estimated wait time is for them to work on your case after your submition and at this point it also means that after that  time they will send you a NOA that they have accepted your application. Biometrics NOA comes afterwards.

CITIZENSHIP TIMELINE

Field office: San Antonio, TX

01/14/2020: Submitted N400 (3 years rule)

02/04/2020: Biometrics

04/23/2020: Interview

Interview de-scheduled (notice received on April 2.)

07/30/2020: Interview Re-scheduled

07/30/2020 Naturalization Application Approved

07/30/2020 Oath Ceremony

I am done! God bless Texas!

Finished my Biometrics today at the Denver field office. My estimated case completion time was shortened, from 8 months (September) to 7 months (August). Now to study and wait...

First i panic too, because i saw a spreadsheet on january filler they are so fast. I think depend how you sent your application if you sent by fedex overnight it will be fast, i sent by priority mail so its going to po box first and second i use payment with my personal

check. Its become slower too. If you use credit card , money order or cashier check it will be faster too, i didnt know before , so its ok slower by one or 2 week. As long as we do everything right. I think next week you will get a news. 😀😀😀 just smile everything will be ok

I suspect that it was triggered by the n400 filing.  It makes most sense to do it all at once, but this is USCIS.  Likely transferred to your local office, which would be where the n400 application interview would take place.

It was actually sent to Lee’s Summit, MO, which is an 11 hour drive from where I live. It’s an NBC. Oh god I hope I don’t have to drive there for an interview, that’s so far!

Lee’s Summit was Sender on envelope for my notices too. But it’s not where you’ll go for biometrics and interview. The notice will give you the address.

Or plug in your zipcode to find out processing center nearer to you. That will be where you go for interview

Also just got my biometrics notification too! Also waiting on the date. I filed for N-400 just on Jan 26th. Atlanta office seems to be moving extremely fast.
