I could not recall but whenever I fill up paper works I always say Non US citizen but permanent resident

Key word non us citizen . You’re a US resident, not a citizen. They want to know whether you called yourself non us resident.

My estimated case completion is May 2020.

I sure hope they ask for my i751 to be transferred (even though I uploaded what I submitted last year for that).

I’m excited that it could be done so soon, and terrified that I’ll do the n400 stuff and then sit in limbo still waiting on the i751.

I know a few cases similar to yours and USCIS had both cases merged and resolved at the same interview.

I included a cover letter on my N-400 under “Additional evidence” when filing online referring to my I-751 case and that it was still pending. Literally two days after filing my N-400, my I-751 case received a transfer alert. Still waiting on the I-797C in the mail to find out as to where it got transferred to, and what for. Not sure if it’s coincidence and was gonna happen anyways or only happened because I filed N-400.

03-19-2021: Officially an American Citizen 🇺🇸 Entire journey from initial K-1 Visa filing to Naturalization took 5 years, 8 days.

I suspect that it was triggered by the n400 filing.  It makes most sense to do it all at once, but this is USCIS.  Likely transferred to your local office, which would be where the n400 application interview would take place.

I hope so.  I just know with my luck, things never work out without a struggle.

My Estimated time for case completion moved from Sept 2020 to July 2020, WOOT!

Also I would like to ask all new filers to add themselves into the sheet that is in my signature, so that all of us can be in one place. Thanks!

BTW the weird part is that my BIO was for the replacement of the GC  (my GC was stolen while I was abroad last December 🤬) not for the N400 but still there was a change in Estimated time. Hey, I'll take it LOL!
