How are you applying for the passport? I heard that you can apply in person by appointment at your local USPS office: https://www.usps.com/international/passports.htm#

All you need to do is to fill out DS-11 form along with 1 passport size picture ,original NC and ID (DL). You can pay $35 at USPS acceptance center and $140 fees for passport book ($110) and passport card ($30). You can pay through cheque or money order/bank draft etc

Just received my I-797 NOA, Approval Notice for my I-751 case. It also references my N-400 in this same letter. Here's the contents so you know what to expect when you pass a combo I-751/N-400 interview. A digital copy of this letter was not available on the myUSCIS website, so I didn't completely expect it:

Case Type: I-751 - Petition To Remove Conditions On Residence

Receipt Number: SRCXXXXXXXXXX

Notice Type: Approval Notice

Notice Date: 02/04/2021 (same date as my interview)

"We have approved your I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Our records also indicate we have approved your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Because we also approved your N-400, you will not receive a new Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card). Instead, once you have taken the Oath of Allegiance, you will receive a Certificate of Naturalization, which will be proof of your U.S. citizenship. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283."

I think you'd get more responses if you post it in a new thread in the open forum (or at least in the Jan-2021 Filers thread) than in the "Jan-2020 Filers" thread. These people have almost finished their visa journey and are discussing oath ceremonies and passport applications.

To answer you query, you can upload any & all supporting documentation that you want your case officer to review. Some people suggest uploading the IRS Tax Transcripts for the last five years. And if you have any kids from the previous marriage, then their birth certificates. My personal opinion, you are good with just those docs. Upload the Tax Transcripts if you want.

My friend had a divorce and remarried (both events happened before Green Card). When he filed for his N400, he uploaded his GC, Divorce Decree (for the previous marriage) and Marriage Certificate (for the current one). For the interview, he took tax transcripts, bank statements, home mortgage statements etc. But the officer didn't ask for any of them.

Maybe your tax returns? Or I think you could take it with you on the day of your interview.
