Did anyone add a scanned copy of their i751 (if it’s still pending) to the online evidence!?

My i751 has been pending for a year now, and still says “case was received”  (the 500 applications before AND after have all at least been updated to fingerprints received, or case progress).  I put a lot of evidence in that, so I hope if they see it’s still pending, and see a copy of everything, they can request the file from Vermont and adjudicate it together with the n400 and then I will be donezo with USCIS.

No I did not add any scanned copy of I751 receipt if that is what you meant? I just uploaded updated evidence from last year and then other important documents like LPR, marraige certificate, birth certificate of our son, Tax transcript from 3 years etc.

I *think* they’re more concerned with actions of greater consequence such as voting, or declaring yourself a citizen for some other sort of benefit.  Mistakes happen, and that’s a fairly small one.  A reasonable person understands clicking the wrong box or drop down choice is easy to do without malicious intent.  Try not to worry, but, if it will give you more peace of mind, try contacting the local bar association in your county.  Most should have an attorney referral service where they can connect you with an attorney who will offer a free (or deeply discounted) 30 minute consult.

This is exactly what the lawyer said that I spoke with today, apart from the local bar part. I'm trying no to stress about, but do I want this whole process to be over! Thank you and everyone else for your input.

Filed online yesterday for 3-year marriage to USC and already got a biometrics appointment notice today. I'm in Tampa, FL and estimated completion date is August 2020. :) That was quick!

Tampa is quick compared to most! Best of luck, after I completed my biometrics my estimated completion date was shortened by another month.

You don’t need a lawyer, apply online, it very simple, from K1, i751 to n400, I did it all by myself, no lawyer, it waste of money 💰

I paid $750 attorney fee plus $725 Filing fee, but since my attorney ###### up They only charged me $375, If I knew what they knew with filing and IRS I would never Hire an attorney!

Why are you worried if you are divorced?

Are you filing under 3 or 5 year rule?

5 years, you don’t need a lawyer, he might go and you will do all the questions, my friend went and all they asked her was, why did you divorce, she told them her story and the immigration, woman was sorry for her, divorce happens everyday. Her lawyer didn’t do anything or say anything. And she paid the lawyer $750. For nothing, I told her, but she was also afraid like you.
