Also, any ideas as to what "Invalid date Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" means? It's under case history. image.thumb.png.2197411c4de9a47523b549464d355511.png

Probably just a system glitch, I wouldn’t pay any attention to that.

Hi everyone,

I've had no movement at all after getting my biometrics done. Logged in today and I see estimated wait time of 4 days. Is the system playing with my emotions? :) Anyway, I hear Minneapolis is notoriously slow. As far as my I-751 goes i'm ready to be scheduled for interview since June 14, 2019. Should I contact them about the N400 or wait till Janaury? Thanks

For a case inquiry, the dates in the online portal are not accurate and don’t hold any weight. You need to go by USCIS processing times. This is currently Minneapolis for N400 - filers with PD January 3rd 2019 and earlier can make a case inquiry. I recommend that you monitor there (times get updated frequently) for when you can make a case inquiry. You can also check for your I-751 there and see if you can already make an inquiry why your case is taking longer than regular processing times.

This post is concerning the Jan. Filers spreadsheet. Don't panic is you go to it and your name is not where you are used to seeing it. It has been sorted by Field Office to make it easier to see if there is movement in cases at your location.

They are slower than other locations/offices because they cover multiple states and relatively less staffed to do that. More work and less staff. But bottom line, they are slower.  From what I have been seeing is they invited at least 3 people the month they applied the following year (people who live in Minnesota). So, assuming they continue to be at the same speed, I would expect them to invite you for an interview in January and that's assuming they have no other issues with your file.  I have also noticed that they have been getting even slower lately so that can take even longer.

In regards to the invalid date, I have the same thing... and I think they just don't want to give you the impression that they are close to finish when they are actually not.

The current estimate of processing time is 13.5 months for being done with 50% of the applicants they have in the office. Meaning, at that rate, they are not even close to be done with 50% of the applicants since you applied in January. According to that estemate, in March of 2021. they are expecting to process half of their applicant (50% of the applicants).

I hope that helps. Keep us posted if you hear anything from them or any updates on your profile!

Thank you for restructuring this a bit.

Would you mind adding a completion percentage based on the people tracked on the sheet and the ones that are approved? That might be interesting to see (and probably would've been interesting to track over time as well, to see a graph from 0%-100% and how it spreads out).

I didn't know there were 2 other SF office folks. Glad to see we're all in the same boat, waiting.

Added % Approved above the "Approved?" Column.
I'll see what I can do to get a timeline graph of approvals when I get home tonight.

Congratulations! You should see it in your account a day later or two. Just check back tomorrow, the system always takes a bit to upload the documents.

you’ll also receive a paper in mail.

Update: N400 interview scheduled for Jan 04,2021 but there is no change in I751 as of Feb 03,2020. I just hope that Officer wont hold on my N400 interview due to pending I751 case?Did anyone face similar kind of experience?

When my wife had her N-400 interview, the I751 was pending. The officer didn't mention the 751, but the next day the 751 showed approved.
