Well that sucks, assuming you have to travel. But at least it’s only one day more.

Cedar Rapids is about an hour closer than Des Moines, so that’s actually a huge plus for me. I’m relieved it’s just that one day as well

Hello,
Interview was smooth, not so quick because there was a good chat, my wife stayed outside and told me that other applicants were out in 10-15 minutes, mine was like 45 min, no problems at all.
I applied with paper under 3 years but it was close to 5 and because the wait time it turned 5 years.

My Oath ceremony is scheduled for next Wednesday 29, I believe there are no same day ceremonies in Tucson Office.

Best of luck for you all

Hi! How was the oath ceremony? How many people were there? Was it at the field office ? Thanks

Is anybody here filing for N-400 while their I-751 is still pending? I filed for I-751 (lifting conditions) in Jan 2019 and for N-400 in Jan 2020. Still no results on any of those. I hear they combine interviews for both, but I wonder when that's gonna happen, as here in Dallas the office is overloaded (and my I-751 is in Potomac for some reason).

Yep, almost exactly the same situation on my side. Filed I-751 in March 2019, and N-400 in Jan 2020. Nothing since biometrics for N-400 in February, not even a peep. I was never scheduled for an interview before the shutdown, and now I'm pushed off to a case completion date of Feb 2021.

Did you get any updates on your I-751?

I do not have any updates on either; the last one was biometrics in February, as well. My completion date is May 2021 :(

When is my case going to change... "We approved your application" to "you attended your interview".... Everyone is getting their oath ceremonies a few days after their interviews, and I'm still waiting....  I had my interview almost 2 weeks ago :(

Has the status of your I-751 changed?

My wife's I-751 changed to approved the day after interview, and it took almost 3 weeks for her N-40 status to change to Oath scheduled, and a couple more days for the letter to show up on the documents tab.

The only update is it got transferred a couple of days after I filed and received an NOA-1 for my N-400. It hasn't moved since.

Hi!

It was at field office, really fast exactly 8 minutes, there were 6 people taking the Oath and one USCIS officer

There are spots with numbers on the floor, they assigned one for each person and that is the order we go to pick up the certificate on a front table after taking the Oath

I’d rather be waiting for an oath than waiting for my interview. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think we're in the same boat. I never even got an initial interview, and my field office has been open since June. It's getting super frustrating.

You dont have I-751 , so what you use for legal status here? I think the conditional greencard only for 2 years.
