221G follow up appointment I have been asked to book appointments for interview with my family after I was a put under app for several months. The problem now is that there is no available appointment date at the website. I have been trying since 19/12/19

I imagine with the holidays, staffing is low and there aren't enough available for interviews.  You could try their email support-ghana@ustraveldocs.com, and see if maybe they can offer to help get you scheduled, or it might convince them to go in and update the appointments calendar.  Wouldn't hurt to try.  Put your case number in the subject.

For follow up appointments, it's best to email them first to request an interview date. USTraveldocs isn't necessarily the only way they make appointments.

I'm assuming that you have had one interview appointment and then you were palced in AP. Now you are being asked to return for a second interview. If I have this right then here is my answer.

 

Ghana has very few interview time slots. The are swollowed up quickly and therefor I recomend two things. ONe you stay connected with the ustraveldocs website looking for new dates or canceled dated. Second, I would either call or email the embassy. Doing nothing is not an option. You have to be proactive.

 

We need a little housekeeping on your end. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

 

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

 

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

 

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

I sent them an email last two weeks and this is what they told me, I even called today too..the same story

There is not much you can do in this case.  Just keep checking for new appointment availability, maybe a different times of day.

My profile was frozen yesterday
