Hello, everyone. Happy New year.  As of December 31, 2019; there are reviewing documents that were submitted on November 07, 2019 to their website. I called them last night before going to church. The Ceac website has not updated yet; it is showing a different date.  But, the dates are not far off.

On December 30, 2019; they were reviewing November 26, 2019 (I-130) that were recieved from USCIS.

interesting....they update every Monday and move 1 wk ahead. So, by coming Monday it would be Nov 11.

Happy new year to everyone!

I have a question...

We submitted our last documents on the 8th December and were notified that same day through ceac to send additional documents

But NONE of the other documents read "accepted"

Does that mean that they looked at our case already?

We sent the additional docs on the 9th

But then all of our documents are still saying "submitted" .

And also the case tracker says

"Action required submit required documents".

Thanks

The representative told me that on December 31, they were reviewing November 07, 2019 submitted documents. This is what the website was and still is showing November 04, 2019. I guess it will update accordingly.

Hey guys, do you know we can use previous translated document for NVC stage? I have my marriage certificate that was already translated when I submit I-130. Can I use that translated file or do I have to translate it again?
