K1 Visa Submission I-94

Hey guys, hoping to get some guidance.

 

My partner and I are filling out our paperwork and preparing all the supporting documents. I'm based in London and not travelling to the US. Does anyone know from experience whether, in this instance, we need to include a copy of my I-94 arrival/departure record?

 

The application seems to say its only if you're in the US but the notes seems a little unclear.

 

Really thankful for any direction/input.

You only have to include it when you're curently in the US.

Thanks for this, inclusive of all the other details such as passport number etc? The form and the associated notes seem to be a little conflicting

It used to be but they changed the form about 2 years ago but the instructions didn't get updated
