now does is happen do they call for a second interview because i never read something like this on this forum or any other

As suggested by other posters, carry "updated" proof of relationship (emails, phone records, letters). Also, if my understanding of Consular Processing is right, this time the interviewer will be a local person and he/she will be from the Fraud Investigation Division(FID). He/she will ask some ackward/rude questions, be prepared to answer them calmly. Stick to the answers given at the first interview and don't offer any information which is not asked. There will be long silences, don't fall for it by getting nervous and trying to talk, don't babble, he/she will be looking for any bit of information which doesn't match, on which they can latch on and keep probing.

I would say it looks positive, since they have called for a second interview and not taken any action unilaterally.

Good Luck!!

Charuhans is exactly correct in his telling the second interview is with the fraud department and gives good advice.

The interview can be easy like the initial one or can be detailed like the one Chaurans mentioned. It all depends on the CO and whom he has do the investigational interview. When you go back for the second interview they can bring up informaton on either party they find questionable, to rule out that no money exchanged hands and the visa is for a payment only, or anything else. Many things factor in why they are questioning the relationship and they do not have to tell you what or why they are questioning. Your actions and comments will be what they are checking as well; so go and be well prepared.
