Hi, I moved to NYC from Mount Laurel, NJ in August 2020. My Priority date Dec 10,  2019

One week after I updated my address, my interview got scheduled in Mount Laurel, NJ for September 30 which I had to cancel

My status still shows Interview scheduled in August

Any suggestions about what I should be doing for my interview to be scheduled in NYC?

I'm sure you updated your address by submitting a AR 11 online or by mail.

We had our interview Monday, December 21 and our card was mailed yesterday, December 23. The interview at the NYC office was quite pleasant, organized and efficient. The officer asked questions based on the application they had in front of them. They also asked for evidence of our relationship and if there were any updates such as any children, change in employment or anything else. After making some attestations, we were informally approved. We never heard the words you are approved, instead we were told as long as I can place my sticker on a required page, then you’ll be good.

Happy holidays everyone!!!!

I appreciate it!! You’ll get your interview and approval soon. There seems to be good movement in the NYC office.
