I have a friend in Miami who is also petitioning for his wife and he knows that Im also going through the same process for my husband and he asked me whether showing a low paying job, but around $100,000 in a bank account as asset from an accident pay-off related to insurances could help him petition for the spouse solely by himself? He also tried to find a joint sponsor but two people refused, so he is feeling really down until I mentioned his bank account, but it was just a suggestion and I told him that before he does anything or even listens to me, that I will double-check before he does anything. So he is getting like $15,000 income from what I understood but has that $100,000 in the bank ll. Can CO deny him still or that's just too much money and obviously shows that he can take care of her?
