I entered USA on October 1st 2019 and it’s going to 90 days but still I didn’t receive my green card yet. We paid immigration fees on September 25 2019 and when we check our case status online they say within 120 days you ll get your green card If not contact further.
I want to know if this is happening with everyone else. Why they r delaying.

Contact them when the 120 days are up, sometimes things go wrong.  What does your case status say?

Count from the later of the date you paid or entered, the production does not get triggered until you enter, so work on 120 days from 1 October. It could just be a backlog or there could be some kind of problem, you won’t find out which until you contact them. If it were me... I would contact them now, I’ve seen many people recently reporting around a month for their green cards to arrive.

I call their helpline number and they again told me to wait till 120 days.
Should I send them some sort of email query?

You can try an online enquirer here  https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do although it also may not let you submit if 120 days is programmed in for your type of case.

(it used to be 60 days for green card production when I entered FYI, so that has changed)
