True! I did get my results back just now but I am waiting to hear from the doctor what they mean. They are encouraging because my white blood cell count and c-reactive proteins are both down, and nearing normal levels. But I am still in what is often crippling pain, like last night. I couldn't even open the closet door because of it. Doctor told me yesterday than another round of steroids would work, but if I need to see the rheumo, he wants me unwell and displaying symptoms. So until I know what his recommendation is, I have to sit tight and suffer a bit more. I did get some stronger pain relievers though, to be used judiciously.

1) pounding headache all day

2) dad needing a skin graft and wanting me to describe what it looks like to him. ummmmm.... man I don't know it's a weird patch of skin they took from another place and slapped it over a hole and it looks er.... kinda gross. Feeling queasy now.

3) an earthquake

4) i think the neighbor has infested the area with a harmful insect and now i'm bantering back and forth with the DoA about what to do.

5) my BiL risking the lives of my baby nieces by getting COVID because ''the government might microchip him with a vaccine" O_o

Spotted Lanternflies are apparently considered an invasive and harmful species. They are also freakishly gross. Some parts of the state are under a quarantine, some are not. They also created a buffer zone. We are instructed to report any we find. Apparently I've found some outside the quarantine and buffer zone and that's sent the department into a tizzy. They want to send some scientist person to see what to do. I am not happy they (babies) are chowing down on some flowers I planted. They are currently about the size of a ladybeetle, but too fast to grab. Eventually they will grow up to be big (cicada sized), destroy trees and fruit. They are suggesting some kind of soap because apparently there's nothing else that can kill them? Personally I hope the scientist will be able to wrangle them and take 'em to the lab for testing.
