We seem to have quite a few threads where ladies are refusing to go ahead with filing for adjustment of their SO's, could this be just good Risk Management?

Wife's labor started Thurs morning, son was delivered this morning at a little past midnight. 2 hours of sleep until this afternoon where I finally got some rest. Healthy baby boy and already discharged home the same morning. He came a bit earlier than his due date which was mid-late August, in fact, had he been born only a half hour earlier, he would've been 36 weeks and under whats called a 36 hour protocol. Instead born just after midnight and at 37 weeks, no complications at all. We also had like 5 nurses, 3 midwives, and 2 ob's (one doing residency) in the room, which I'm pretty sure made our delivery room pretty popular. Wife's pregnancy history is anything but orthodox, so it was definitely something contributory to medical literature. This was the baby a doctor declared miscarried in January, another reason to never merely believe a "title" (or authority) in absence of proof.
