Dear all,
I lived in the US for approximately two decades before my removal in 2007, I had my children there who are university graduates and employed today.  They have also made me a proud grandfather.
During the time I lived in the US, I had a conviction that fell under moral turpitude and resulted in 5 year supervised probation which I duly completed and the case was dismissed.
Now, I have been living outside of the US for 12 years and wish to return to the US (at the request of my children) to reunite with my children and grandchildren.
What forms would we need and what could be obstacles or challenges of filing the necessary forms by my children?
Thanks,
Darrell

Well the normal process for sponsoring a parent and the big issue will of course be your conviction.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
