Yes she will for sure thanks for the reminder but i think like you said all CR1 go to Nebraska but many around is went to Tx i don not know based on what it's forwarded ?

She did not say all CR-1 cases go to Nebraska...they do not.....There is no way to know which service center will process the I-130.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No way to know where your petition will be processed. It is not based on location anymore. You won’t know until they tell you
