When it comes time for them to petition for the children they will need to show proof of a domicile in the US. Not just an address but other things to show they are living here. Also if they are only visiting once or twice a year that will be visible in the records and the petitions will be denied as they are for family unification and the parents aren't living in the US.

One thing that you might consider for your parents are health insurance policies with super high deductibles and large copays . These will be the least expensive for you and them. To make it work, though, they need to be very healthy. Good diet, much exercise, low bmi, etc. No short cuts.

Well we do not know how old they are, seems they do not intend to move here and work?

Because they have not been caught.

Yet.

Indeed. We also see posts from people “caught” in the first year doing this.

if this couple were to try file for children they would be caught out as soon as their tax returns were examined.

Least expensive day to day, potentially disastrous if something happens. Even healthy people can be in accidents or get appendicitis for example.

I saw this and have a question. We know of a couple in Pakistan who got a green card through sponsorship from their son, who is a citizen. All they do is fly back and forth. The man still works at his job in Pakistan. Their main residence  is in Pakistan, but all they do is visit back and forth. How do they maintain a green card?

By lying to U.S. immigration plus they have not been caught. Yet.

But they will be caught and they will have their green cards revoked, they will be deported and banned from the U.S. for life for misrepresentation among several other violations of U.S. immigration law.

I will NEVER understand why people come to this site, ask questions. and then get upset when they don't get the answers they want. Even when they questions they ask, are clearly breaking immigration laws.

Clearly put: Just because a friend of a friend of a friend is breaking U.S. immigration law, does NOT make it OK for you to do the same. Period.
