Hi all,

Our NOA1 date is September 12 and the NOA1 date being processed now for CSC is September 15. Should we be worried that there might be a problem and when can we call to follow up our application?

We'll keep on hoping and praying that everything will be alright.

Thank you very much and have a happy new year.

No reason to worry now.  No real reason to call yet.  That only means "some" petitions have been processed for September 12.  I would expect you to receive news in the next few weeks.

Usually 99% of the people who apply for a K1 visa have no problems with the process. The only thing that people have a tendence to do is have no pateince. Knowing when you will get adjudicated will give you the best yeardstick in which to measure your progress. Expecting any sooner or questioning if their something wrong only adds stress. It's best to trust the process.
