There will be about 4 months between NOA 1 and NOA 2 for your K-1. It looks like you're already a month into it. That means you get to relax and live your life for a little while. After NOA2, your petition will go to the NVC, and then the embassy (which will probably be around May/June 2020 for you). Until then, you should be helping your chances of success by reading all the applicable guides on Visa Journey and staying up to date with the progress of people who petitioned the same time as you...

Next step?     You have a few months of waiting ahead of you.
