Still waiting for NOA2

Hi all,

I am kind of really worried now,

My NOA1 date is for dec 23rd 2005, my I129F was transfferred to CSC from TSC

is there anyone else stiill waiting for NOA2 and has NOA1 dates from Dec.

What should I do, should I call the CSC

The California Service Center is probably handling your petition. I filed mine with TSC and it got moved to CSC. My reciept date is 20dec05 and I have a Request for more info coming in the next couple days. I have a friend that works for the VSC and she said they are going to start taking some of the workload from CSC. This is good becauses vermont is a lot faster then the other Service centers. One thing you want to look at is how long it takes for the consulate to schedule the interview. For me, my fiance will have to wait about two months to go to her interview after she schedules it at the Seoul embassy. Also, it never hurts to call if you have questions.

You are certainly not out of the normal in your case. You still aren't 30 days outside of their current processing date as well, so I wouldn't worry too much at this stage.

Yup our NOA2 took 101 days Hopefully you will have yours soon
