So according to a OpEd on CNN the only honorable thing trump can do is resign. Which I think is complete hogwash to put it nicely.

I am always amazed by this item.  I guess one side is immune from these types of allegations.

But Trump's alleged transgressions are worse than Nixon's because they concern an attempt to involve a foreign power in the American political process.

It's just media acting. Not worth figuring out if this is just another angry media person with bureau connections that wants Trump gone so they can get back to their cozy relationship of pushing out "news" people in the bureaus produce for them (really easy "work"), or another person who doesn't hate Trump but knows the demographic they service and so understands the show they need to put on. Actual journalism takes time, procuring sources, investigatory research, objective results, this all translates to costs. It turns out its much easier, and cheaper, to just put out TDS op-eds, you can use your bureau sources, or just flat out make it up, the people who eat it up don't really care one way or another. I remember in 2016 I had a discussion with a Mercury News writer who actually likes Trump but said they have to push the anti-Trump stuff because its gotten them record clicks. It's basically how the Krassensteins went from the fraud they were engaging in to the social media version, to writing books, etc. There's tons of money to be made off TDS, and Turner isn't going to dump CNN no matter how much their ratings nosedive, because producing TDS clickbait becomes less costly, more profitable, by the day. When you're a large corporation (I think TW is now owned by AT&T), you can have a monkey sink like CNN, leverage them operationally (airport contracts, for example) to still turn a profit by keeping costs down. Sometimes its hard not to get a good chuckle, and I'm sure they do too, when I see Stelter next to a "Reliable Sources" sign trying to keep a straight face while flat out lying. It's like parody except the left apparently take them seriously.

Should the posting title be flagged "Opinion:"?

CNN only do Opinion

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

It should match the article or news link title exactly. Clicking the link currently brings up a title of "The patriotic move is for Trump to resign".  That does not matched what was posted here in the title, but I have noticed CNN likes to change the title of the article sometimes.
