RFE and Taxes for AOS

When I sent in my initial AOS, I only had tax information for 2005, as it was too early to have my 2006 taxes filed yet. Then, they sent me a RFE, and again, because taxes were still in process, I couldn't send in the 2006.

I have now gotten my 2006 tax return back, should I send it with a cover letter explaining that this is additional evidence of support, and include a copy of the I-485 request as well, or just wait for them to do something? I can send in all the case numbers, etc.

Any suggestions?

Actually if RFE is about financial part, I would send 2006 too, and anything I could gather more. If RFE is about other things, don't bother them.

Actually!! An AOS applicant has 87 days to respond to a USCIS RFE. If the applicant does not respond within 87 days, the application is considered abandoned and will be denied.
