Saturday ES/GS report, see man:

We did extremely well at Saturday's GSs/ESs, see the take man:

-- pack of beverage napkins = half  buck, OK man

-- fabric scissors, small spatula = $1, deal man.

  -- Trelegy inhaler (sample), pill-organizer, 2 tape-measures, 2/Many'rds bottle eyeglass

cleaner, Bates stapler, 2 travel-sized shaving-cream, Caboodles purse with cosmetic bag,

Atra razor, half-jug windshield fluid = $Many ($2x2x2+2), steal man

-- toucans sliced carrots, Many (2x2x2x2-2) plastic motel cups = $1, deal man

Total = $Many-&-a-half ($2x2x2+2+2 + half a buck)

Mini-B. eagerly accepted the cosmetic bag, store stuff wee man.

We shall cut the straps off the purse and use it as a shaving-kit, lightweight and roomy for travel man.

The Trelegy inhaler is unopened/unexpired and apparently half the snootfuls of regular, half snootfuls man.

Previous and now-better-defined rant, see man:

An ES should be called an ES only if it's full-casa, every or almost every room man.

If it's a half-ES, it should be called half-ES, nearly a homonym man.

If it's just a couple of rooms or stuff pulled from a couple of rooms, shoot the advertisers, bye man.

Furthermore, fat people should be banned from attending ESs, skinnier people need room to maneuver man.

Okay so after 3 MONTHS of waiting, I finally have my new exhaust on my car.  It sounds amazing. I am over the moon.

Wha happen....

Not sure really. He moved out to Seattle about a 1 1/2 ago with his fiance.

He barely kept in touch as it was and had to always reach out to him. Then one day out of the blue he messages me says he's not depressed and doing well but he is just really really sad (yes the very meaning of depression) said he split from his fiance and he was doing ok he was not suicidal or anything like that but that he can't stand to be around us. I tried to explain that his sadness was depression and he got pissed at me said he doesn't like the way pills make him feel. I told him he doesn't have to take pills but having someone to talk too can be good and help. He doing some plant base diet and looks like the walking dead. But he had to go off on all of us messaging his brother and sister said they can't be siblings but maybe he can have them as friends??? Said that he can't stand to be around us but later on when the Jedi is older he wants to have a relationship with him because he likes the Jedi and how smart he is. I'm thinking to myself like sure you like the one kid who really doesn't know you. He moved out when the Jedi was like 18 months and has barely seen him.

I don't know what is going on and he cut all of us out of his life. Maybe the break up is what triggered this and it's worse with the 2nd oldest getting married in December. Who knows, all I get to do is wait and hope.

You can't just degrade your siblings to friends. If you don't want to keep in touch with them, it doesn't matter if they're your friends or siblings.

And you can't just decide you want to have a relationship with someone. You have to work on that. For years. And with a small kid you have to work since their early life.

But still it's his decision. It's sad for all of you, but I don't think you can do something to change his mind 😕

Yes exactly, how does he think he is going to have a relationship with someone he doesn't know and chose not to have contact with. He's not thinking and I can't do anything but sit and wait as I don't even know what I did that was so horrible he had to cut all of us off.

The fact that he's in Seattle right now isn't helping.

Yes Seattle is definitely not helping, sadly he thinks he is a leader and thinks he is someone who doesn't follow the crowd but he is a follower and doesn't even know it and that is what worries me.

He barely spoke to us before so I don't know why he insisted on messaging everyone to cut us off he could have easily stayed the way he was and never message us. Why the grandstand of cutting us off. So like a mom I worry even more that something else is going on.

That's tough. Maybe you can set something up or help encourage him to see a therapist just to talk and complain and have a nonjudgmental ear.

Hot again today. Of course it is, it is Arkansauna after all. I have to take Herself into town for her shot today at some point. I wish I could work out a way to hang on to her for dear life and give her injection. 44 miles a week for that, return.

I managed to locate a food pantry just outside town to take all the Himself peculiar things in the cupboards. It's silly to see tins and other things he used to eat and come over all weepy.  Now once the OP shops start taking donated items again they will be in for a bit of a bonus, in the meantime most things are in cartons. Herself does not like cartons, they signal upheaval of some sort, always.

Did the shopping yesterday, and there are still large gaps in the shelves.  I managed to find what I wanted, or substitutes for the things I couldn't.  Signs telling you to enter aisles from one direction, signs telling you to social distance, it's all becoming a bit dreary really.

I have managed to solve one mystery. I have been filling the bird feeder on a nearly daily basis, odd for the middle of summer.  It used to last nearly four days, and yet every morning empty again. I happened to look out the window the other day at just the right moment, to see the feeder swinging wildly, and not a breath of wind. A large animal was climbing down the pole it hangs on, and I assumed it was a cat. It was not, it was a raccoon. I opened the window and yelled at it to get away, but it didn't seem terribly worried. Sat up on it's hind legs, folded it's paws across it's chest, cocked it's head to one side and just looked at me. Like, what?!?  Finally ambled off over the fence and into the woods. So now I only put in there what the birds will eat in a day. The buffet is closed Rocky.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
