@TBoneTXthat's how it all started... I gave them small pieces of apples when the come around me in the garden... Sometimes I seat alone there soliloquizing... They come around and I give them something to eat... They are almost an army now

1. He did. I was similar at his age, but times were different and we didn't expect children to be perfectly obedient pansies back then.

2.  Last snow was seen around May 10th, I think.

3. At first I liked the concept and I still don't have a general scientific issue with it in certain contexts. Yes, I think we should mask up when dealing with the elderly or immuno-compromised, and we should do it during flu season too. But wearing them all the time, when covid is proving to be less of a problem than the flu season this year in our area, is annoying.  Between clinicals and work, I am supposed to wear one 100 hours or so a week, plus anytime I go out. I just don't think that is pragmatic. So, PPE theater is what we've all resorted to.

Call your city's Animal Control department and ask for no-kill squirrel traps, si SS ma'am.

Then, catch them individually or in groups, and transport them to a city park or somewhere, si ma'am.

Wear thick gloves in case they bite, ouch man.

 

Years ago, a squirrel got into our attic (above the garage), hole in roof man.

We opened the attic door in hopes that it would escape, free he we man.

The squirrel peered down angrily but wouldn't exit, no man.

It was up there for many days, take up residence man.

We finally got a trap, call Animal Control we man.

We baited it with peanut butter, big mistake man.

Dehydrated rodent choked and died, sorry man.

We felt very badly about that, sigh man.

However, it was a wild animal that got where it shouldn't have been, not all our fault man.

mowed the lawns, stupidly in the heat right after having a shower.  But they look so much better now.  I really want to go buy flowers so I may do that tomorrow.  I have a 2nd job interview with Autozone today so yay.  Hopefully have an interview with VASA coming up too.

Today the airline I work for announced they are pulling out of our airport from June 3rd, paid until July 31

I should be upset that I will be unemployed but redneck has just filed his retirement paperwork and his last day is July 29, we have plans to move to AL this fall so it's feeling like someone up there has arranged things so we have time to get organized

That does kinda suck but also good timing.  At least you're getting paid until July 31st!  I wouldn't mind moving to Northern Alabama tbh, but hubs wants to stay out of his home state.
