For din-din, got Arby's takeout with use of coupon expiring Thursday, ingest we & wee man.

For din-din, a happy Cat T-B. got Fancy Feast Ocean Whitefish & Tuna paté, ingest happy miu man.

 

Mrs. T-B. had a caucus with a client, deliver papers she man.

In preparation, she changed clothes no fewer than Many (2+2) times, kid you not we man.

She ended up looking rather smokin', sure to please the Rojo man.

Errands run, a pile of paperwork off in the post. I did a bit of shopping. Even here in small town AR the shops are looking a bit bare. Vast areas of shelf space with nothing on it at all. Signs with limits per customer in odd places.

 

The post office has hung plastic sheeting, from the ceiling with gaffer tape that falls to about 6 inches above the counter. Red tape on the floor to remind you to stay back. Trouble is, I can't reach anything from that distance. The sole employee was also wearing a mask and gloves 🙄 In order to reach the card machine, I told her I was going to have to come closer. As I did, behind her screen and wearing the above mentioned, she also stepped back. Good night nurse.

 

Beautiful sunny day here, alas, we are under a tornado watch until 23:00. We could so without the daytime heating. I have put a bag of essentials in the shelter, and have everything on charger. This will be an interesting night if it happens. The usual plan is Himself would go in first, I would pass the dog in her carrier down the steps, and then go down myself. Hmmm.. I did try and see if I could manage the door on my own, having not done that, and I could, although on the way out I had to heave my shoulder into it to escape.

 

I hope it comes to nothing, but the big red blob on the weather map over us does not look encouraging in the least.

Thrilling Tuesday report, see man:

 

We were about to go to Aldi Foods when Mama T-B. called, harassed senior she man.

Uncle T-B. was moaning/groaning and complaining about his short breath, COPD senior he man.

We ran to Walgreens to retrieve and deliver a prescription, timely we man.

 

Our proximity has been a boon recently, work from home man.

However, on Monday (May Many'th), we reopen the POTS office, go back there man.

We will be essentially an hour away, remote we man.

Mrs. T-B. won't always be available, ouch man.

Mama T-B. is beyond the point of cracking now, weight-of-the-world on senior she man.

 

In good news, Texas is reopening, including GSs & ESs, oh resumed joy man!   

Texas Many GSs/ESs, elsewhere few or none man.

Our chickens have been feeling the weather and putting themselves to bed early. 

 

You may need to set up a way to lower Herself down with a pulley system. Well for next time a little late for tonight. Fingers crossed you don't need to head out there. 

 

It was a really  nice day. I finished getting my garden planted and started working on a bigger run for my bantam chickens. They could use more room to move as the older girls added a few more to that coop.

We have just come back in.  I got her in there ok, although I did get wet as. She was in the carrier so I just went down the steps, set her down and shut the door behind us. Terrific thunder and wind.

Getting out, well that was a different story. We usually just carry her up the steps and let her out on her harness. The thing is she was eager, wasn't she. I went up to open the door, and instead of waiting she started up ,they are open steps, and I thought she was going to fall right through. Also managed to get out of the harness.

So next time, and there will be one I am sure, I will have to get  her back into the carrier.

 

All quiet now, heading into central AR.  I hope you are ok down there, it is a nasty piece of work this storm.

Glad you are ok. We’ve had a couple of funnel clouds touch down in the area .. SW MO just north of Branson .. the alerts were coming in thick and fast between 7.30 and 8.30.. thankfully we are tucked down in the east side of a good rise in the land .. and surrounded by wooded acreage ., so we get far less wind than other areas. 
It’s been a quick reminder that it is “that season”.. on top of everything  else that’s going on.

Syrens just went off but I'm not finding out any info on why. The storm doesn't sound like it made it here yet.

You chicas have slacked off in regard to upvoting our posts, si ma'ams.

 

We have just spent much of the last hour updating our fast-food coupons, necessary man.

Almost everything else we had expired in March, egad man.

We now have updated Arby's, BK, and Wendy's, Major Food Groups man.

We are all set and pleased, update complete man.

I don't think we have even gotten coupons lately. THey wont even do sale flyers here. I haven't even bothered to look at what comes in the junk flyers since this started. I put them directly into the recycle bin. Not taking chances with the virus.
