Falling apart at the seams yet intent on holding it together & get through this. Hit a low today-realised how far down I've fallen so tomorrow I'm getting into the basement to workout some!

I only really have myself to hold onto, sure there are people n my life who care about me, some of them even love me, but I'll never again have someone who puts me & my happiness uppermost, before anything, or anyone(including themselves).......Ryan cared for me above all else, nobody ever did that before & well, hard as it is to swallow, I'm back to 'auld claes n parritch'.......same as it ever was.....I was given just enough of a taste of potentially how good it could be to know it.........& then boom......back down to reality I go!

I'm sorry for putting this here but this place is somewhere I can let it out.

I know other folks have tough stuff they are dealing with right now, sending them big love as always ❤️

How is everyone holding up?

Doing okay as long as we're doing something. I'm glad we have a house rather than the apartment we were in 4 months ago; gives us more to do. We cleaned up part of the front yard yesterday, and my parents came over and kept their distance by going straight up on the roof to clean gutters. Last night when I wasn't doing anything it hit me that this kid is due in 10 weeks and I can't even nest the way I want to. We're suppose to move our dresser which has 4 drawers into the nursery and get ourselves one that is at least 6 drawers, but the wall for our dresser is only 58" wide so we need something smaller than that. I can't just leave the house and find one. Everything online is either too expensive, too big, or something that will fall apart in 2 weeks. We aren't going to be able to gather for a shower, so I've started panic ordering some items on my registry. I don't know if we're even going to bother with a virtual shower.

Thrilling Sunday report, see man:

Mrs. T-B. didnt suggest or undertake cleaning anything, mirabile dictu man.

It was heavy-laundry weekend, meaning changing the beds, 2 usual + Mama-Mrs.-T-B.'s = Many (2+1) man.

We pre-notified Mrs. T-B. at least Many times that we would appreciate her help, recruit she we man.

In every instance, as in every instance for time immemorial, Mrs. T-B. promised to assist, si and sigh man.

We stripped all beds and called for Mrs. T-B., strip-&-call we man.

Mrs. T-B. said, "Calm down -- I'll be there in a minute," yeah right man.

We put together the first bed and called for Mrs. T-B., make-&-call we man.

Mrs. T-B. said, "I said I'll be there in a minute!", yeah right man.

We got halfway through the second bed and she finally came up, grand entrance she man.

She said, "Oh, you're almost done!  I'm going back downstairs, see you man," grrrr man.

We said, "We are not done, and after you help, we need your clothes," growl we to she man.

Mrs. T-B. actually complied, then pulled an infinite amount of stuff from her hamper, prolific she man.

We had to bifurcate her stuff into 2 loads for a potential total of Many (2+2+1) for the day, too many man.

However, our keen and cunning laundry experience enabled compression into Many (2+2) total loads, ha man.

We were still frazzled by day's end, too much man.

Job was complicated by the Ecus again raising the thermostat every time we restored it, sweat we freeze they man.

After this, we went to CVS with an expiring-today Many%-off coupon, use or lose man.

The store was so barren that it wasn't even worth it to look, amazing man.

Second store was little better, grit teeth regardless we man.

Cashieress said that supply truck would arrive in 2 weeks, unbelievable man.

Furthermore, she double-rang one of our Many (2+1) products, overcharge we man.

This would never happen at the POTS organization, fully supplied fairly priced man.

Incidentally, casa-bound customers everywhere are availing themselves of our fantastic POTS deals, you can too man.

My 73 year old father “rolled” his finger in one of those old garage doors and took the flesh off to the bone. He refuses to go to the doctor because of the virus (there are sick people there). Yet, he has been “out and about” (and by that I mean hanging out at restaurants, going to all of the stores, etc) because this “pandemic” is just crazy talk.

Reason has left the building.....

Less than a month is not crazy at all. That's being sensible and not panic hoarding.
