After a very long week satisfying POTS customers, we dragged our carcass back to the casa, drag we man.

Mrs. T-B. had requested a carton of almond milk for Mama-Mrs.-T-B., can we get it man.

We stopped at Many (2+1) -- yes, Many (2+1) supermarkets, all completely mobbed so we gave up man.

At half an hour till midnight, we awoke from our highly necessary nap, need zzz we man.

Went to nearest market, closed early "until further notice" man.

Went to place we should have gone to first, option #2 man.

Got last carton of reasonably priced almond milk, mission accomplished man.

So groggy that we almost de-mirrored the T-B.-mobile when garaging same, groggy we man.

We hope that we can function at Saturday's GSs/ESs, Many itineraried man.

The neighborhood GSs are in full bloom, sure sign of springtime man.

All summer long. Once September came she thought the cooler weather would kill the virus. It seemed like a summer thing.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Happy anniversary. 🎉

BF class will be helpful. From what I saw from my youngest 2 born here. Hospitals suck with helping new moms. Good thing I wasn't a new mom or I would have quit.

If she has any doubts reach out to a lactation consultant. Doctors are not up to date on BF here either.

Totally agree. So little real support and so quick to pull out the “oh you need to supplement” line. Yeah for midwives , lactation specialists, doulas, home births and birthing centres !!!

Probably would have been, but the class was canceled due to coronavirus concerns and I'm not sure they'll have another one before the baby's born.

However, our hospital and medical group seem like they've got a lot of breastfeeding support set  up and gave us tons of material strongly encouraging it and saying where to get help if there are problems, so crossing our fingers here.

I had to ring for an ambulance last night for Himself. He woke me at 0130 very SOB. He is presently in MICU, intubated, sedated, and they are testing him for Corivd19. He had a fever after arriving in ER, and is on antibiotics for that, he has pneumonia and may have aspirated  a small amount of vomit.

The results don't come back until Thursday, and I am not allowed to visit.

When I saw him last, just after admission to MICU, his color had improved, and they were trying to lighten the sedation. He would open his eyes if I called him and try to focus, but I do not know if he actually recognized me.

If it isn't corona, it is most likely cardiac.

The other concern is his brain, The Pulse-ox showed sats of mid 20's.

So I am back in now solitary self isolation, and now we wait.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Doc has rung with an update in regard to Himself. Although the sedation is lifted, he isn't responding to verbal commands at all. Present thinking is that hypertension, which he has in conjunction with hypo tension caused the SOB. That in turn has lead hm to hypoxia, and I do not know how long that was going on was before he woke me.

Neuro and all are involved, and he is having scans this evening.

I've been asked to attend rounds in the morning at 0800, and thereafter. It is unlikely, in my experience, that he will emerge as well as he was before this happened.
