The T-B.-mobile and we were involved in a fender-bender this eve, thrilling Wednesday report man.

 

We were awaiting a green right turn as follows, see man:

#1 (brand-new Lexus SUV); #2 (T-B.-mobile); #Many (late-model VW SUV); #Many (Ford F-1Many0) man.

 

Light greens and #1 hesitates to enable bicylist to clear the crosswalk, yield she man.

Everyone takes foot off brake to prepare to move, standard procedure man.

#Many (Ford F1Many0) smacks into #Many, ram he VW man.

Because of force, #Many (VW) rams into T-B.-mobile, ram VW we man.

Because of force, we ram #1, ram Lexus we man.

 

All damage cosmetic, all vehicles driveable, and no one hurt, boon man.

However, we got the worst of it, T-B.-mobile the lowest-profile vehicle man.

 

Manyager driving the Ford F1Many0 admitted fault, as well he should man.

Didn't know his parent's insurance co., most key piece of information missing man.

We know one Manyager whose parents will yank his driving privileges for life, rates skyrocket man.

 

We shall have to re-enlist the services of laid-off POTS chauffeurs Jeeves and Smedley, rehire them we man.

 

After swapping insurance information, we proceeded on our mission to spend our eve with Mini-B., delayed we to see wee man.

 

Had din-din at Subway with use of coupons, ingest cheaply we and wee man.

Then returned to casa to watch funny Baba-Mail videos, Guy Activity we and wee man.

An exciting eve was had by all, exciting eve for all man.

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

Okay teeth hurt. Be nice to your kids when they get braces. Even though I have the ones you can remove to eat, biting things hurts, chewing hurts, etc... I’m sure this will go away with time but every 2 weeks for at least 6 months, I have to endure pain again. My mouth creates so much excess saliva I feel like I’m always swallowing but I’m seriously thirsty, and my lips are dry.  I can’t imagine how much more painful the metal braces would be. You can’t take them out to eat.  Poor kiddos.
