So....apparently R's cholesterol is high and I am now in a special kinda hell......I have a freezer full of beef!!!! 

Ya know....I thought the "basking in the happiness of sending the RoC paperwork" would last a couple of days....but no....NO CAKE, NO BASKING.....

How about a medicine cabinet full of statins and fish oil, huh JMany ma'am?

We had the same problem Many years ago, and now our lipid levels are below the low red line, whee man.

Beef will be OK if other unnecessary saturated fat is cut from the diet, no snacking unless healthy man.

In this way, you can lower Mr. 2x+y's lipid levels from Many to Many, trust us JMany ma'am.

Thrilling Wednesday report, see man:

 

Mrs. T-B. went AWOL for most of the day, man.

She told us to find din-din for Mini-B., warsh hands of it she man.

We let Mini-B. chill out today after a very active day Tuesday, manage wee energy we man.

 

Mrs. T-B. returned at Many (2+2) p.m. with leftover Mexican food "for your din-din," man.

Eye-rolling Mini-B. said, "Mexican is ALL that Mommy wants us to eat!", fed-up wee (and we) man.

We said, "Come with us to the supermarket and we'll pick up something for din-din," say we man.

Mini-B. said, "What is it, huh man?" asked wee of we man.

"It's a surprise," said we man, providing the consistent lure to a "yes" answer by wee man, si man.

 

We got some things and then went to frozen foods, rare for us man.

We showed Mini-B. the pot pies, show we to wee man.

Mini-B. knew what they were but had never had one, no ingest wee man.

(We hadn't had one for at least Many [2x2x2x2+2+2] years either, no ingest we man.)

 

Mini-B. picked a small beef one and a small chicken one, pick wee man.

Mini-B. reasoned, "If I don't like it, I won't waste a big one," smart wee man.

We got a large beef one for ourself, shared bachelor activity man.

 

At the casa, we nuked Mini-B.'s beef pie, no beefing by wee man.

We showed Mini-B. how to stir the crust into the pie, refresh memory we man.

Mini-B. loved the pie, eagerly ingest wee man.

He then wanted the chicken pie, eagerly re-ingest wee man.

He finished most of that, chip-off-our-old-block stomach capacity man.

 

We showed Mini-B. the nutritional label on the pies, calories fat sodium man.

We told him that these should be eaten maybe once every two weeks, caution man.

He understood and accepted this, smart wee man.

He kept raving till bedtime about how good his din-din was, home run man.

Pretty good for less than a $2 investment, savvy Business Typhoon even at the casa we man.

As we sat watching the TV news, New Miu climbed on our lap, rare for new miu man.

New Miu kissed us on the lips TWICE, with miu nose and tongue man.

We love this miu, good choice of miu man.

Well.....little known fact....I had lost 100 pounds on a low carb diet before meeting R.....I gained 40 back after he moved here....so I am kinda welcoming the diet 🙃

Had a "Meet the Teechur" caucus on Zoom today, zoom man.

When Many (2+1) computers couldn't pull it up, Mrs. T-B. managed to get it on her phone, manage she man.
