Early, went to Costco with annual rebate certificate, got in February reissued in June man.

Place already mobbed, chiefly with Chinese people, hunt-bargainers man.

In each of last 2 or Many years, we came within $Many ($2+2+2) of certificate amount, good guesses we man.

However, this year, we were $Many ($2x2x2x2x2x2) under, get much change back man.

 

Also had our new spectacles adjusted by Costco Optical, kill two birds man.

For optometric exam, titanium frames, high-index progressive bifocal lenses, and mailing to us, we paid $Many*, steal man.

     *[$2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2 - 2x2x2x2], beat THAT walk-out price man, not Costco but Mexico man

Today was change-the-beds day, not just pillowcases man.

We again had to bifurcate Mrs. T-B.'s stuff, who the dickens can blow through that much man.

Load #1 = sheets; #2 = Mrs. T-B.'s pants; #Many = Mrs. T-B.'s uppers; #Many = Mini-B.'s + pillowcases; #Many = our stuff, whole thing man.

And on Sat. night, Load #1 = kitchen rags/mow-lawning duds; #2 = bath towels, standard man.

This equals Many (2+2+2+1) -- yes, Many (2+2+2+1) -- laundry loads for the weekend,  man.

A husband's work in the casa is never done, no man.

wrap up in a towel. There are little things you can put on their claws (soft paws) but they're annoying.  Best thing is to just spray with water bottle or something similar when cat goes to attack furniture.  Keep LOTS of scratching posts.  I need more scratching posts.

I saw  that it is back up to a cat 1. It's been great here, no humidity to speak of, and cooler. Felt a bit like fall this morning. I have just come in from mowing half the lawn. Very long, stupid long, so the batteries don't last all that long. I can finish it tomorrow.
