Please update your profile, so people can better assist you. Your profile says you're from the Czech Republic, but you applied for a H-1B1 which is for Singapore and Chile nationals.

You also stated that you were used for a Green Card by someone in your other post.

It all makes no sense.

Not sure where you are in the process.

If it's anything with the petition side of things, then that's entirely on the company's side to address.

If it's on the visa side of things and at NVC, you can check in with NVC but they go at their own pace. An expedite is possible with sufficient reason.

If it's on the visa side of things and at the consulate, then there's not really anything to do unless they request something from you. They need to complete their processing...whatever that entails (validation of documents, background checks, etc.).

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
