If the sponsor is married, and I eas to submit his 1040 form, do I still need to submit his own w2 forms?  And also do I need his wife signature on the I134form? Still confused about that.  Also is it really necessary to submit bank statements? What do they look for in there?

A point of information I'd like to pass along. If you are asked to produce a certain document and you don't (bank statements) because you don't think it is necessary leads you down a very dark hole. Here is what will be excepted by your embassy.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Embassy specific questions should be asked in the sub-forum for your country. Those who are here can't necessary answer your questions as each embassy is different.

So in our case, the petitioner is in a med school on a student loan and we will have petitioner's parent as a sponsor for the AoS

Now, does petitioner has to fill out one form plus the sponsor has to do it, or it goes all in one i-134 form? I got a bit confused by your above post saying BOTH have to present.

Also, if it's only one form, does the petitioner has to show the student loans bank statement?

They both will do seperate submittals. The CO needs to know both their histories.

Can my parent sponsor two people, one is processing for spouse visa and one is processing for fiance visa? Is it possible?

Yes, as long as their income can support the larger family size.

I tracked my case number, and it says that it ready for scheduling an interview but I'm still gathering my supporting documents for I134form, should I still schedule for the interview?

Will you be able to complete the form in time for an interview in 30-60 days. I think so. The form will take less then 2 hours complete. Supporting documentation is all up to everyone that has to contribute something like your employer letter. If it can be completed in one date great! Otherwise maybe a week, 2 weeks I am not sure because I don't know how your company handles requests like this. So logically think through this and you be the judge. I'd get your IRS TT for 2018 now because sometimes if they can verify your identity you can download a print at that time. But if they can't then the process can be 2-3 weeks.

There's your answer.

Do the most recent filed Federal Taxes have to come from the IRS or can I submit my copies of filing?

Most embassies are transitioning to the IRS TT and therefor it is advised to use that as your proof. You will always be right with a TT opposed to the 1040 which can be altered.

What is an IRS TT and how do I obtain it?
