Ok, so I have a question.  When filling out the I-134, it states annual income, Part 3 Q3. I know that it is asking for current income but I am unsure as to what I should be putting in that section.  I was promoted midway through the year in 2019, ultimately increasing my hourly wages dramatically.  However, I am also getting my yearly pay increase in March.  So my question is, should I be putting what is listed on my W2 in the annual income amount and include a letter stating about the increase wages and promotion? Should I post an estimated wage for what I am making currently and include the wage increase I receive in March? Im not 100% sure what to do in this case.  I was thinking that I would probably list the amount that I earned for 2019, based on W2s and include a letter stating the promotion and explain my wage increase that is coming in March? Any information would be helpful! Thanks! :D Btw, in any of the scenarios I am well above the 125% poverty range so I guess I am just wanting to give them the best possible answer.

Should i start calling NVC to check if they have my file? My NOA2 approve date is Jan 7.

From reading the PDF on the first page of this thread it states that normal travel time is 30 days to NVC from USCIS. I created the PDF to answer the most simplest and most repeated questions saving you time while keeping you pointed straight ahead to your visa.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT: You must submit any evidence which will show that you and members of your family who will accompany you are not likely to become public charges while in the United States. Visa petitioner (US Citizen) will have to complete form I-134. If the petitioner does not qualify as a sponsor, a Joint-Sponsor should ALSO be presented (any US Citizen living in the US or Legal Permanent Resident), who will also have to complete form I-134. Both, the Sponsor (Petitioner) as well as the Joint-Sponsor, will have to present last year's income tax return transcripts. W2 form and proof of current and sustainable income (e.g letter of employment on letterhead including salary and start date, most recent salary receipts, bank accounts, the value of properties, etc.). You may download the I-134 affidavit at https://www.uscis.gov/i-134 Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Quick question that I could not find an answer to and I am sure it is hidden somewhere in another forum. My fiance lived in the US for two years. Does he need a background check from the state where he lived for his K1 visa appt. or only for countries other than the US? Also, in MA they run name-based search and fingerprint-based search, does anyone know which would be in this case? Thank you!

I just called today and they told me they received the package last week but no case number assigned yet. I am sure it's got to be this week. You and I have the same approval date so let me know what they say to you. Thanks!

I understand that I have to provide information on what my currently income is as well as all the other stuff, I was just trying to have a better grasp of which number I should be putting in the box on the 134 for annual income.  Should it be what my W2 stated for the 2019 year, or should it be my current weekly amount x 52 weeks(estimated)? That is what I am trying to figure out lol.

Whatever your employer says it is in the letter. You're overthinking this.

Well, this is what NVC website says "Current case creation time frame: As of 13-JAN-2020, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 11-DEC-2019". :(

The statistics says that the file will not be at NVC for 30 days from NOA2 approval. I think you are being aggressive with your math.
