05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Of course he is entitled to spend his money on politics just as Sheldon Adelson, a right wing donor, because of the laws in this country.

 

Soros has been the victim of gossip and conspiracy theories from the left and the right for decades. I have yet to see credible evidence to support those.

So Soros is an upstanding person in your eyes.  Personally, I do not care about his religion or how he practices it.  As to his absolute quest for power and manipulations for his own gain, there are plenty of sources you can seek out.  Whether you find them credible or not is up to you.

Let's recall.  Soros and Clinton have foundations that have distributed millions to organizations in the US and around the world to bring clean water, medicine, books, teachers and democratic principles.

The Trump family has recently plead guilty to fraud in their charity work and is banned from running a non profit as part of the plea. The Trump charity diverted money from donors to their own pockets FROM CHILDREN GETTING TREATMENT FOR CANCER.

Personally I would put Bashar al-Assad and the people running Uighur concentration camps a few ticks above Hillary and George Soros in the "evillest evildoers currently evilling" contest, but maybe that's just my personal opinion. :)
