page 2 q1: put the address in the format that you have. No need to put in info that doesn't exist (like province).

Page 3 q2: leave it blank and explain the situation in additional info

Page 3 q3: if you got citizenship through parents, you will have had a certificate of citizenship. The information is all on that certificate.

Page 4 q4: list all from the last 5 years and the remaining entries go in add't info

Page 7 q5: only if your partner was in proceedings. Simply being denied entry isn't considered in removal proceedings unless she got an expedited removal. Which denial section was that?

Page 8 q6: It's the closest US Embassy not USCIS office.

Page 9 q7: yes, you're the petitioner.

I learned the hard way, I hope YOU don't have to. Advice: learn, learn, learn.

A person NOT born in the USA but receives citizenship through a parent, may not have a Certificate of Citizenship.  They can just apply for a passport.  If he has a Certificate, the information is there.

For his Dad, the questions are "applicable", so don't enter N/A.  You can enter "Unknown" if your mother really doesn't know who your father is.

Also note that USCIS doesn't issue visas.  Consular Immigrant Visa Units do.  For S. Korea, that is at the Embassy but in many countries it is at a Consulate in a different city than the location of the Embassy.  China, Canada, Mexico, India are examples.

Sorry for the late reply. I was trying to fine the papers about her denial, but I couldn't find it. But I remembered it saying "Immigration officer intent" or something like that. My wife also said she had to take a picture and then they escorted her back to the plane. She also said she wasn't charged with anything.

Hard to tell. You said she came under ESTA. Is her ESTA revoked now?

"Immigrant intent".  She was not in proceedings.  If ever asked if she was denied entry, answer is yes.

I'm now filling the form I-130 online rather than paper because it's much easier, but I have a couple of questions.

Question #1: For "Was the beneficiary EVER in the United States", I put yes because she was in the US airport, but since she never pass through immigration, I'm not sure if they would consider that as she was ever in the United States?

Question #2: For "What is the beneficiary's Passport number", was it the passport number she used to enter the United States in the pass, or her current one?

Question #3: For "What is the beneficiary's Travel Document number". Should I leave it blank?

Then for the next section for filling online, they asked (please look at picture below). I believe I should leave this blank because this is a similar question for the paper version. For the paper version, It says "If the beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete Items Number 46.a - 46.d". However, they didn't say something like that in the Online form. So I'm not 100% sure about this question.

I found my Certificate of Citzenship, but it's old, so I barely can't read it. Both have A in the beginning, but one is colored red and the other, black, but I'm guessing the certificate number is the number this is colored red?

Thanks in advance for anyone who can answer these questions.,
