Alien Number

I have previously applied for a K1-visa for another beneficiary in 2007, but can't find the Alien Number. That application was approved and have looked over old documents but can't find the Number. Would the application be returned if this is not listed on the app and Doesn't the immigrations office have this already?

It should be on the approval letter above the name of the beneficiary. Starts with an A and then a bunch of numbers.

Worst case just fill out his/her name and when was it approved and you should be good to go.

I don't have the approval letter since those files were discarded several years ago. I do have the original application acceptance Number.. starts with a WAC.. maybe putting it on the app and identifying it that way might help?

Guess that is called receipt number and I also have a case number TKY2007...
